What personal information do we collect from the people that use the Organic Ayurveda Network?
When using the Organic Ayurveda Network, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, preferred means of contact, delivery, or other details to help you with the user experience.
When do we collect information?
We collect information directly from you when you register on our site, install a mobile app, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, respond to a survey or marketing communication, or enter information on our site and/or app. We collect information from you indirectly when you surf our website or use certain features of the Organic Ayurveda Network.

How do we protect your information?
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a professional gateway provider that uses industry-standard, state-of-the-art security measures. Transaction information is not stored or processed on our servers.
Testimonials, Reviews, Comments and Other Website Postings
We may provide areas on our website where you can post reviews and other information relating to your activities on the website. Such postings may appear on other websites when searches are executed on the subject of your posting. Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable web pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. We take brand partnerships very seriously and only work with select companies that are closely aligned with our personal beliefs and professional purpose. Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on the Organic Ayurveda Network. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of the Organic Ayurveda Network and welcome any feedback about such sites.
Does our site allow third-party behavioural tracking?
We do not allow third-party behavioral tracking.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
The Organic Ayurveda Network is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not provide any information on the Organic Ayurveda Network, or on or through any of their features; do not register on the Organic Ayurveda Network; do not use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Organic Ayurveda Network; and do not provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name that you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Organic Ayurveda will not share information it collects about you with its affiliates or third parties (both financial and non-financial), except as required or permitted by your state’s law.
- CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California law permits Members who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those third parties. Email such requests to email@example.com Organic Ayurveda does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your prior consent. Accordingly, you can prevent disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by withholding consent.
Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows California residents, upon a verifiable consumer request, to request that a business that collects consumers’ personal information to give consumers access, in a portable and (if technically feasible) readily usable form, to the specific pieces and categories of personal information that the business has collected about the consumer, the categories of sources for that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with which the information was shared. California residents also have the right to submit a request for deletion of information under certain circumstances. Consistent with California law, if you choose to exercise your rights, we won’t charge you different prices or provide different quality of services unless those differences are related to your information. We do allow third parties to collect personal information through the Organic Ayurveda Platform and share personal information with third parties for business purposes, including without limitation advertising and marketing on the Organic Ayurveda Platform and elsewhere based on users’ online activities over time and across Organic Ayurveda, services, and devices.
